Sales
Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my product knowledge and sales abilities. I am an astute problem-solver capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency. General and Project Management
As a construction general manager I have worn many hats. Job duties include calculating cost estimates, budgets and schedules; selecting appropriate construction methods for the job and budget; explaining contracts and technical information to employees; supervising construction personnel and activities onsite; developing work-arounds for delays and other problems; and hiring and training workers and subcontractors, as well as making sure the project meets all building and safety codes.
As a project manager, the same duties are required but are more focused on individually assigned projects as opposed to being responsible for the entire company's operations. I can and have excelled at either or both.
Real Estate Sales & Finance
As a Real Estate Broker, I managed my own sales as well as managed an office with 8 other agents as Broker-In-Charge. We assisted with financing for our clients by prequalifying them by looking at their credit scores, financial information and determining what their budget for a home purchase would allow. We shopped the best deals for them through various lenders basically acting as mortgage consultant before we ever sent them out shopping for homes. We carried them from first showing to the closing table including pre & post walk thru of the home. We specialized in 1st Time Buyers although we handled listings as well. With excellent customer service and basically holding hands through the entire process, we were able to achieve a very high satisfaction and success rating with our clients. I have also handled multiple deals as private investor as well.
Summary
I have extensive experience working with clientele on all levels both residential and commercial. I can successfully manage performing job scope and assessments, estimating and negotiating contracts, field work including subcontract labor and materials acquisition. Satisfactorily complete projects from conception to completion on time and on budget. I am highly resourceful in troubleshooting, problem solving and making quick work of resolutions.
